Sometimes the fit isn't right.
Sometimes you just change your mind.

No big deal.

You can return or exchange your order within *14 days of delivery*, as long as the item is:

* Unworn
* Unwashed
* In its original condition
* With all original tags attached

Basically, if you haven't really worn it yet, you're good.

02 — WE'LL CHECK IT
Our team will review your request and get back to you within 1 business day.

03 — WE GET IT BACK
Once approved, the courier will arrive at your door to get the item back.

04 — REFUND OR EXCHANGE
Once everything is good, we'll process your refund or exchange.

Refunds are transferred after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Opening your package
Our courier policy doesn't allow packages to be opened at the time of delivery. But don't worry, you still have 14 days from delivery to contact us about a return or exchange.
